The more detail you provide, the more accurately we can plan the goals, structure, visual direction and content of your future website.

  • Website goals and structure
  • Visual direction and references
  • All content in one place

The brief will help define

You do not need perfect wording. Write freely — your ideas, limitations and references are what matter.

  • the goals and format of the future website
  • the required pages and homepage sections
  • the visual mood and colour palette
  • the availability of copy, photography and offers

Tell us about your future website

Answer in your own words. If some information is not available yet, leave the field blank and we will clarify it together.

Complete only the sections you already know. A phone number and consent to personal data processing are required.

01
Company and project goals

Describe what your company or brand does and which products or services it provides. How long have you been operating, who is your target audience, what principles and goals guide your work, who are your direct competitors, and what advantages do you have over them?

For example: introducing the company, positioning the brand, attracting new customers, selling products or services, or sharing information with partners.

If so, add a link to the files.

02
Website visual direction

Describe the style you would like, including any visual preferences or restrictions.

List colours that are preferred or required. If applicable, also mention any colours that should be avoided.

Add links to websites you like and briefly explain what appeals to you.

Describe your preferences in your own words — for example, a restrained corporate look or a bright and expressive design.

03
Website structure

A one-page website with 7–10 sections works well for a new company or a product promotion. Corporate websites, catalogues and company profile sites allow a larger business to explain its offer in more detail. An online shop includes a basket, checkout and optional online payment.

Which pages should the website contain? You may skip this field for a one-page website.

Which sections should appear on the homepage — for example, hero banner, advantages, services or products, portfolio, news and contact form?

04
Website content

Address, phone number, social media, email, company details and any other contacts that should be shown. You may link to an existing website if its information is still current.

The main headline for the hero banner — for example, “Turnkey property renovation”. If the hero contains a slider, provide a separate offer for each slide. You may also add a supporting subtitle.

Provide the required copy, contact information and photographs for each page, or add a link to a website from which specific information can be taken.

List the products or services you offer. If they are divided into categories, describe those categories as well.

Add any other content that was not covered above.

Describe any remaining requirements or ideas in your own words.
