Consent to Personal Data Processing

By checking the consent box and submitting a form on brand-bar.net (the “Website”), I freely, voluntarily and in my own interest give my specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.

1. Data Controller

Denis Nikolaevich Zakharov, an individual applying the Russian special tax regime “Tax on Professional Income” (self-employed), taxpayer identification number 261506790711, operating under the Brand Bar name.

2. Purposes of Processing

receiving and reviewing my enquiry, request or project brief;
contacting me, clarifying the task and providing a consultation;
preparing an estimate, proposal, specification and project terms;
entering into, performing and terminating a contract at my initiative;
retaining business correspondence and protecting the Controller’s lawful rights;
maintaining form security and preventing misuse.

3. Personal Data Covered by This Consent

Depending on the form I complete, I consent to the processing of:

first and last name;
telephone number, email address and messenger contact;
company or brand name, job title and representative’s role;
website address and information about the business sector, goals, requirements, deadlines, budget, competitors, references and other project terms;
messages, form answers and business correspondence;
information contained in voluntarily attached documents, spreadsheets, archives, images and editable design source files;
technical submission data: page address, form name, request date and time, IP address and security metadata required to protect the form.

4. Processing Operations and Methods

I authorise the collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, updating, retrieval, use, transfer or disclosure to persons involved in processing, restriction, deletion and destruction of the data. Processing may be automated, non-automated or mixed, with or without transmission over the Internet.

5. Data Recipients

For the purposes stated above, data may be processed using the Website’s hosting and technical infrastructure, email service and, where enabled by the Controller, the Telegram Bot API. Access may also be granted to contractors engaged for a specific project under confidentiality obligations and to public authorities where required by law.

6. Duration of Consent and Retention

If no contract is entered into, this consent remains valid until the processing purposes are achieved, but no longer than 24 months after the last substantive contact. If a contract is entered into, data is processed during its term and for up to 3 years after termination. Tax, payment and other records subject to mandatory retention are kept for the period required by law.

An incomplete brief may be stored only in my browser’s `localStorage` for no more than 30 calendar days after the most recent save and is deleted after successful submission. Files are not stored in the local draft.

7. Third-Party Data

If I submit information about another person or files containing such information, I confirm that I have a lawful basis for doing so and will notify that person about the processing of their personal data.

8. Withdrawal of Consent

I may withdraw this consent by emailing info@brand-bar.net with the subject “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing”. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it is received. After withdrawal, the Controller will cease processing and delete the data within the periods required by law unless another lawful basis requires continued retention.
