Tell us about your catalog

Complete the fields you already know. You can attach source files and clarify the rest with us later.

When this brief is especially useful

You are building the catalog from scratch

You have a product list, price export, or raw descriptions, but no clear page structure or presentation logic yet.

You need to update an old catalog

The current file looks dated, has messy tables, or opens poorly as a PDF on laptops and phones.

You need a scope-first estimate

Before kickoff, you want to understand what belongs to structure, design, layout, retouching, print prep, and final PDF delivery.

What happens after you submit

The brief is meant to shorten the path to a real estimate. We use it to build project context and come back with an informed next step.

  • A quick review of what is already enough to start and what is still missing
  • Clarifying questions about structure, page count, languages, output format, and source files
  • A recommended work format: full design, layout only, cover, prepress, or PDF-focused production
  • A practical outline of next steps so the project can move into estimation faster

How we process the brief

1. We review the inputs

We look through the goals, assortment complexity, desired style, page count, and attached materials.

2. We close the gaps

If SKU logic, languages, print specs, or source files are still unclear, we send a short list of focused questions.

3. We suggest the right scope

We help define whether you need full design, layout-only production, PDF optimization, cover design, or prepress support.

4. We move to estimation

Once the basics are clear, we can discuss timing, stages, and the most efficient way to launch the work.

Brief FAQ

You do not need a perfect asset package before reaching out. These are the typical questions we get before the first submission.

Can I submit the brief before all assets are ready?

Yes. Send what you already have and mention the missing pieces in the message field. We can still review the scope and tell you what matters most next.

What files are most helpful to attach?

Excel/CSV exports help with structure. Old PDFs, brand books, logo files, sample spreads, or ZIP archives help with design and production context.

Can this brief be used for layout-only work?

Yes. If brand guidelines and visual direction are already approved, note that you need layout/production support rather than concept design.

Is the form suitable for bilingual or English-only catalogs?

Yes. Use the catalog language field to specify English-only, Russian-only, or bilingual delivery and add any localization notes in the message.

Have a price export, brand book, or old PDF?

Attach it to the form and describe the project in simple terms. Even incomplete inputs are enough to start a meaningful scope conversation.
